- Travel required, we pay all road expenses and give you a per diem.
- 4-day work week, we try to schedule jobs so you put in four big days and go home for the week.

- You must have extensive experience in the building trades.
- Be reliable and do quality work, we are fussy, if you are too we will get along!
- Be a self-starter and able to solve problems and get along with folks.
